Comfortable bed enhances relaxation.
The heating system was not connected, leaving our room uncomfortably cold at night. Despite requesting a heater, it didn't alleviate the situation adequately was great. The lack of timely service for replenishing bathroom supplies was frustrating, as we often found ourselves waiting for essentials like towels.

Overall very good service.
Beautifully decorated and functional room with large bathroom. A coffeemaker, an iron, and a mini refrigerator were convenient. Prime and comfortable location in West Jerusalem district close to conferences, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Giv'at Ram campus.

Wonderfull staff , always prepared to help to the guests.
The towels were a bit worn out and stainy. I would suggest to be more attentive when changing towels...At least after some comments it has been taken into consideration and situation has been improved.

I had a very pleasant stay. I'd like especially to notice the excellent service and staff. The facilities (free wi-fi, swimming pool and gym), as well as the cleanliness and the maintaintance of the hotel was indeed even over 4 stars level.

The location was good, with good access to the city. Parking was available, but during the day you need to feed the meter. There is limited parking on the premises itself.
The hotel could definitely benefit from a face-lift. Dining room ambience was average, as was the quality of the food.

The wine peg system in the lobby was a nice touch, and the local tram station was just a short walk away.

Good location, right near the tram station, the tram takes you right to the Old Town. The facilities are a bit old, otherwise the hotel is good value for money. Free parking and free wi-fi, which is a definite plus. A great place to stay if you travel by car.

Hotel is fair to average because; 1. Room floor is not very well cleaned. 2. Bathroom needs renewing and all the seems need patching. 3. Toaster does not work properly 4. Fried eggs is not available most of the time, provided when asked. 5. Provided egg has been mixed with some kind of flour, Taste awful. 6. Noisy because of the main road junction. ------------------ Positive; Great massage chair in the lobby Close to the Conference building. Good evening meal and a fridge in the room plus a plate of fruit !!!
Noise from the Trucks and Taxi and Cars park around the hotel besides the Traffic.

Family with children will enjoy this
Fantastic reception by Shireen! She even gave us an unexpected welcome drink. Nadal from Customer Relations was super helpful with the Rav Kav cards.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, it was acceptable.

great location but minimal amenities
The location really stood out, especially with the amazing city view at night. I felt inspired to explore the area after seeing the lights twinkling below my room. The room was spacious and clean.
